| Krimml Waterfalls | [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
Krimml waterfals are one of the most interesting natural phaenomena of Eastern Alps. A powerful water stream rushes some 400 meters down over three valley steps, each of the three waterfalls is unique and beautiful on its own way. This is the lower waterfall. June 21st, 2007.

Hasn't voted | Hm? Isn't this river the border between Venediger group and Zillertal Alps? | | Posted Jul 9, 2007 1:17 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Sorry I think you are right, I didn't know the Venederiggroup went also in the province Salzburg. I'm sorry. But still a great picture ;) | | Posted Jul 9, 2007 1:53 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Somehow this beautiful photo is attached to Zillertal Alps instead of Venediger Group.

Hasn't voted | But I'm standing on the orographically left bank of the river - so I'm in Zillertaler :)))
And the picture is attached to the Venediger group too. Gangolf might use it wherever he wants :) | | Posted Jul 9, 2007 4:33 pm |
| nartreb | amazing! | |
Voted 10/10 | Even on my crappy laptop at work, this is a great shot. Did you combine two exposures? Very well and subtly done. The water looks like a fast exposure but the depth of field is huge and there is lots of color in the shadows. | | Posted Jul 9, 2007 5:09 pm |

Hasn't voted | No, I used no special technique. It was raining all the afternoon and water drops were all around in the air. I just did a quick shot. At home I slightly improved the contrast, if I remember well. Thanks for visiting! | | Posted Jul 9, 2007 5:13 pm |
