The West Ridge Notch

This photo "beta" shows the CORRECT notch to ascend to in order to reach the West Ridge, connecting Darwin and Mendel. Once at the ridge, head east and follow the southern side of the ridge, staying somewhat close to the ridgeline and eventually tops out onto Darwin's plateau.
