... far better than our own from the same spot a week earlier.



For reference, the peaks that flank Owen are UN 13,490 on the left and UN 13,122 on the right. 490 is nearly two miles back of Owen from this perspective.

Thank you for the compliment and the reference to the unnamed peaks. I have included your peak callouyt in the photo's description. Those dark clouds that add drama to the photo were shortly dropping hail stones on my pointy little head.

PS Wild Cherry Creek makes an idyllic early season destination. Keep it in mind as May approaches.
