These vicuñas were re-introduced into Chimborazo Faunistic Reserve from Chile in the early 90's, and fortunately they increased significantly their numbers. You can see them running free almost everywhere. They are beautiful animals.

Lol! Well this great camelidaes like to live at that altitude. Did you go to Chimborazo? You should try it after Cotopaxi, you will make it, I know.

Yes. I really love to see them free in Chimborazo. They reproduced pretty fast and now we have much more than the 400's that were introduced years ago.
