This is not the easiest way...
This is not the easiest way or the one described. This was a slight variation I took to reach the summit The photo is taken while descending on the route described as South Ridge.

There is an old piece of rope fixed to a piton in the location of the vertical red line as of 9/24/09. It protects a short, exposed, easy 5th class chimney. Going this way(the true South Ridge Route) is a bit faster than the standard bypass to the East.
