The view east from the Southeast Ridge of Mt. Daniel on August 6, 1994. Peggy's Pond is below and, beyond this, Cathedral Rock. The Cradle (7,467 ft) is visible on the horizon to the left of Cathedral. The route up this side of Cathedral is mostly class 3 but with a class 4 chimney near the top. You can see this chimney. As I recall, someone had left a dangled sling at the chockstone in this chimney.
