Hmmm, tried this jumping thing, which is spreading around like a fever... ;))
Yep, it's fun. Obviously it looks better with the girls ;) - but anyway, you can still concentrate on the Glockner group panorama from Grossglockner to Klockerin in the background...

You got to jump but better if you had flown crossing the mountains, like a bird;-).

What about your trip to Palmira?.

Cheers,

Thanks for your visit & vote, Gracia. And yes, to fly would have been a nice choice for this day, because we traversed several summits higher than 3.000m... But it was a nice trip including beautiful panorama, nice ridge scrambling and steep glacier passages.

The trip to Syria end of May was very interesting. We had 2 days of rain (!) in Damascus, then we drove to Palmyra (app. 300 km), visited breathtaking ancient sites and continued to Safita, the Krak de Chevalier and the mediterranean coast, then back to Damascus. We drove app. 1.000 km through the country - can recommend it.

Cheers,
Herbert

Your trip sounds good!; Syria must be an interesting coutry!. Maybe a bit strange for european people: culture, religion,.. etc.
I´m going to Prague and Budapest next month. I´ll tell you when I come back to Spain.

Have a nice summer and enjoy a lot!

Cheers,

- Gracia
