View to the southeast of Hesar-chal from Khersan-north (4710m) in the distance on the right you can see a glacier in the high chal with Lashkarack (4256m) to the east. The band of white rock on the flanks of Lashkarack are AlumKuh intrusives (~7Ma). The yellowish orange cliff that straddle's the ridgein the foreground is a 100m cliff of Saltanieh Dolomite that required 5.7 rock climbing to traverse. Comments [ Post a Comment ]
