On the way back to the trailhead from Cracked Crag, we went by "Lake of the Woods" and were greeted by beautiful wildflowers. (July 29, 2007)

Voted 10/10 | Hi from up the hill from you! :) How nice that you are pretty close to here..That Fireweed hillside is stunning..I wish I could have seen it..probably going to be past prime by now, the Fireweed we have in our yard is almost past prime..I have been enjoying the last color! Thank you very much for the invitation on hiking sometime..that would be nice..I may be going out of Wrights Lake for a hike soon..If I do go I will send you a PM.
