btw I take it you guys descended Hotlum-Bolam Ridge ? How was it ?

It was FUN! This was exactly by the 'shrund. We descended the Hotlum-Bolam route and I tell ya.....it was spicy...very hard neve and some icy spots (no room for error).

The bergschrund on this route (left Hotlum ice gully) is probably ~1200' below the summit.

Above the 'schrund is an alpine ice route, followed by ~500' of nasty scree scrambling in late season (the preferred time for alpine ice).
