do you think you're somehow exempt from the 200 ft setback regulation? looks closer to 20 feet to me. next time have more respect for your fellow visitor, the wildlife, and the watershed.

Did you join SP just to post that? That's almost just as lame. I say that this could be a prespective thing. Maybe it's under 200 feet, maybe not. I'm not going to judge though.

Nope, I've seen that spot and other tents on it too. It's right on some grass within 20 feet of the water. I don't know why people who are willing to hike that far can't go another 1/4 mile to some spots that will be low impact and still have a great view.
