On a clear day, it is said you can see the Teton range from the summit. The haze stopped us from that pleasure but we had seen them the day before on another Idaho mountain, Baird Peak which lies to the northeast.
This is Forest Service multi use land and we listened to cattle as they
"mooed" to each other. Cattle seem to be king in this area of the west.
