The Pershing tree
The Pershing Tree, the tallest Sequoia in the Placer County Big Trees grove, on the Foresthill Divide. This is the northern-most natural grove of Giant Sequoia in the world. It's 250 feet tall. August 2007.

thats one big tree...and one good photo...it'd be a shame if the person who took that photo didn't get credit
