Re: Joli !in simple terms we call this a chimney pitch, you move in and out of it, placing gear on either side as you ascend. We use dihedral, but not dihedron (diedre) in climbing slang. Cheers.

Re: Joli !I guess Dièdre is Dihedral and Chimney sounds like "Cheminée". We would need to climb together to find out ! :o)
