This a view from the...
This a view from the Becherhaus (i.e. from south-east).
Weather was not good that day, so the photo is mint. Hopefully other users are able to supply better photos.
In the middle (right below the summit) is the Müllerhütte. The ridge on the right is leading to the Wilder Freiger. The ridge leading to the left is going to the Sonklarspitze.
The easiest way to the summit starts at the Müllerhütte, goes over the glacier until about the highest point of the glacier is reached and then along the ridge (in the central part of the photo)

What does Wilder Pfaff / Cima del Prete mean?

Pfaffe is a disrepectful name for a priest. So it might mean "wild priest". But i am not sure, whether there is a second slang meaning of Pfaff.
