Looking northwest from the...
Looking northwest from the summit on June 8, 2003. The prominent point in the foreground is Pt. 6743. The Northwest Route (see Phil Fortier's Trip Report) comes up to the high saddle on its right shoulder then contours around in a long arc (avoiding the cliffbands as it goes) to the summit. The prominent peak in the mid-ground is Mt. Tommy Thompson (6,780 ft). On the horizon are Mt. Baker, Mt. Shuksan, and Mt. Triumph (barely).
