A photo from Bald Mountain...

A photo from Bald Mountain showing Boreas Pass (between the viewer and the mountains to the south) and the Blue River Valley (seperating those same mountains from the Mosquito Mountains on the right and headed by an unseen Hossier Pass). The question this photo highlights is: should the Silverheels mountains be considered part of the Front Range (the mountains they are connected to by Boreas Pass) or the Mosquito Mountains (to which they are connected by Hossier Pass). I think they are Front Range... whatever difference that makes. Images are amaturishly "stiched". September 2002. Jon Bradford
