Laguna Blanca (4320m - Bolivia)

Sign found right after crossing the border from Chile to Bolivia, by the Laguna Blanca. At the beginning of our 4-day trip from San Pedro de Atacama (Chile) to Uyuni (Bolivia).
Behind there is a 5495m volcanic peak (measured with GoogleEarth) for which I don't have the name.

I assume the lake is a salt water one...?
