Soca with its emerald blue colour is one of the most beautiful rivers of Europe. White limestone blocks and vivid water - this is also a paradise for kayakers, canoers and rafters. But in some sections it can be also very dangerous and every year there are casualties on the river. Otona pool is some 200 meters away from the road, so to see it you must hike down from the path along the river. But it is worth doing it. Summer, 2007.
