The 'annual cull' is open to any native
of Scotland, right? Does the person who
takes the animal down receive the meat?

Hasn't voted | I'll be honest, its not something I know too much about. I think what your saying is right though. I just know that there is a cull to keep the numbers down. A lot of people believe that the re-introduction of the wolf in Scotland would be a better solution to this problem.
