Babel and Baal from Sheep Lake [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Babel and Baal from Sheep Lake
This is the view from the southwest corner of Sheep Lake. In the shadows in the center is The Tower of Babel... slightly unimpressive from this view, and on the right is Mt. Baal. Seven Devils Mountains, Idaho. 9-24-07.

on your photo of the hour! Nice shot and beautiful colors. The Seven Devils are a beautiful area. I used to see them from my former home near the Wallowas. Have a good one!

Thanks OMB! It was fairly cloudy when this picture was taken and it was pretty amazing hanging out by the lake and watching the show of shadows and light on the surrounding peaks. I wish I'd had more time to play around. The 7 Devils area is indeed very impressive.
