Degree 101-- Diagram for Unnamed Route [ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
Degree 101-- Diagram for Unnamed Route
This is an unnamed route I saw and climbed. It starts near the right (upstream) end of the Degree 101 crag and climbs parts of the face holding the East Face and Far East routes. THIS IS ONLY A GUESS, but based on my experiences on other area routes, I would call the climbing on this route 5.3-5.4. Near the top, it is really a Class 3 or 4 ramp to the top, and the harder parts are really along the first half of the climb. I found thorns and brush in some spots, so this nice little free-solo route might be better to do in the winter. The route climbs about 55'.
