Is this how the picture was taken. It might be an idea to bring some more contrast out in it using photoshop...? This would give the shadows in them impressive cliffs a nice bit of punch.

That is about all I am capable of, being photographically challenged! I gotta learn more photography some day besides basic point and shoot.

Its worth a try. I am using a HDR format now in alot of my pictures. Its complex taking three or even five different exposures then embedding them into each other in a software pack called Photomatix. The depth and detail gained using this format is amazing.
