North Ridge of Abiathar Peak

Abiathar Peak stretches along the Northeast Entrance Road to Yellowstone. The summit is rather boring looking IMHO but I like the look of this ridge from this angle. Late September 2007, just before a snow.

I haven't climbed it, though I would like to, but a read about this peak in Thomas Turiano's "Select Peaks of the Greater Yellowstone" will convince you it's anything but boring.

By the way, great posts on the wolf thread, Arthur.

	Hasn't voted	Sorry, I meant that the view from the bottom (in my other photo here) was boring. I also haven't climbed it, and I'm sure it's not boring on top. Thanks for the support on the wolf thread.
