A panoramic view from the eastern shore of Hart Lake.

The Shard is in the upper-right portion of the picture. This clearly shows the south ridge of The Shard beginning at the other (west) end of the lake.

The South Slope Climbers' Route goes to the right (north) from the point this picture was taken, so details of that climb are not included here.

The Chaffin High Lakes Route goes to the right (north) of the small bump at the bottom end of the ridge and proceeds through the trees on slab granite to a point on the ridge-crest which is almost exactly in the center of this picture.
