Bystre sedlo (2334 m) is an important saddle in the ridge of Solisko. It is reachable by hiking trail, but was inaccessible without crampons that morning.
Krivan (2495 m) dominates its view towards the west.

Hasn't voted | Hi Jacek! Thank you for your kind comment. Yes, it's true, Krivan has been considered to be beautiful and definitely remarkable since deep middle ages... Does it exist any polish folktale about Krivan? I know many slovak's... PS: How does it look like about our weekend trip to the Tatras? Cheers Tomas ;) | | Posted Oct 23, 2007 7:23 am |

Voted 10/10 | fantastic photo! I know only that Krivan is the Saint Slovak's mountain:))
By the way, trail to Bystre Sedlo is the only one touristic route which I have never made yet in Slovak's Tatra.I thought about it this year, but now it isn't possible..but it will be one of my future's spring's or summer's weekends
cheers

Hasn't voted | Well, Krivan has been the saint mountain of Slovaks for centuries. However it seems that our generation is no longer willing to follow traditions... I believe future will not forget the traditions. Cheers Tomas :) | | Posted Nov 2, 2007 7:39 pm |
