Canal Cut Crags-- Unnamed Class 5 Route [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Canal Cut Crags-- Unnamed Class 5 Route
This face is just right (upstream) of where the canal meets the river. I found climbing on this face in the 5.0-5.1 range; it could be a little harder based on where you start. The route is about 50' and takes you to the top of the Grinsome area of the crags. It was a fun scramble but not as nice as another unnamed scramble/climb just a few yards downstream on the other side of the canal.
