Oche-Nyrd Range, Arctic Ural
Vodopadny Creek drainage.

Oche-Nyrd is the tallest of the mountain ranges of the Northern section of Arctic Ural, with substantial modern glaciation. The highest poit of the range is Netem-Pe Peak, 1363m.

In this picture we are bypassing the Southern end of the range, after crossing a 30-mile swath of tundra foothills and Kara River valley on the way from Khalmer-Yu.
