The view from Mt Mansfield on this summer day was really unique. The clouds were letting just enough light in to illuminate the distant mountains in an unusual fashion. To the left of the picture, in the foreground, is a lip of Mt Mansfield, on the ridge between the nose and the chin. This was day 21 of 28 on the Long Trail.
