Digglerlooks like great climbing! But...

why are there bolts there? The bottom one, at least, could be replaced by a big cam in the ledge (a little longer fall, but still), & it looks from the photo like there's a placement right next to the 2nd one, too. What gives? Nice photo.

Dirk,
"Yes" on the first part & "Dunno" on the 2nd part. Since haven't heard much debate about this route (see mountainproject), I assume this is how FA party left it. Guess one can take up the issue with them.
