Jardine Juniper
The Jardine Juniper is the oldest known living juniper tree in Utah. It is estimated to be over 3,000 years old. The tree is located on the southeast side of Mount Jardine

I didn't know it was that old. The Bristlecone
pine comes to mind, but that's in Nevada.

Excuse me, please. A SP member sent me a photo of a "bronze moose." It was taken somewhere in northern Utah. Any idea where this photo might of been taken? It wasn't at that new Cabelas in Lehi, was it? Oh, boy.

Yep, it's old. The sign located near the Jardine Juniper says it has been living for 3,200 years. Bristlecone Pines are very old too. I think "Methuselah" was around 4,700 years old.

The photo of the moose is from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Dean must have taken it when he climbed Mount Ogden.
