Snow near Sonora Pass!

Along California's Hwy 108, close to where the
PCT passes over and approximately 10 miles north of LEAVITT Peak, which is the highest Sierra summit north of Yosemite at 11,569ft ...
this peak has year-round snowfields on its northern flanks. Tioga Pass was still closed when I took this photo.

	Hasn't voted	Gracie, you have a very grande mule! When I took this photo in the Sierra Nevada of CA, I was so happy to see the snow that I sat on a stone to contemplate the total spin of the Earth. I will post that picture now!! Take care. ciao, Larry :)
