Doe with her Fawn
Mule Deer of Mount Charleston Wilderness, Nevada.
November 2007.

Mule Deer (Odocoileus Hemionus) migrate from higher elevations to lower ranges with decreasing temperatures. They mate in late November and early December. Fawns are born in late May or early June and usually stay with the doe for the first full year of their life.
