Please fill me in - is this in the
Netherlands? You have a very great
country, I was in Amsterdam in 1976.
That was 30 years ago. If it was great
then, MUST be really GREAT, now!!!
I love SAND! The "sands of time,"
blowing across the land.

Take care, my friend.

Depends on what you try to find.
I think Amsterdam is less then 30 years ago. When you love sand you have to go to the coast or to the the next place:

national park loonse dunes

The windmills near Amsterdam is the oldest industrial zone in the world. I think that's why Holland was so rich in the 17th century. The dutch founded new Amsterdam that time (Manhattan). We learned at school that we sold it for an apple and an egg to the English. ( dutch expression for almost nothing)

digging up ancient history.

What about fine musicians Kaz Luz
and Pierre van der Linden, formerly
of the Dutch band Brainbox?

lol - they beat Britney Spears.

lcarreauI was referring to

Voted 10/10

the time frame of 1976, when I
visited your country. Things have
changed since then, yes???

Not everything has changed ... people still
like to climb mountains.
