Very Large Array
One of 27 Very Large Arrays (VLAs) at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) VLA site on the Plains of San Agustin west of Socorro, New Mexico. The VLA dish is 82 feet in diameter and is the most powerful radio telescope in the world. The Gallinas Mountains are in the background. Photo taken 11/10/07.
