Unnamed Creek [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Unnamed Creek
This unnamed creek is a tributary of Otter Creek, located on the Maddron Bald Trail about a mile below the Otter Creek campground (#29). It's a very typical example of creeks in the Smokies, with large moss-covered rocks, rhododendrons and other moisture-loving plants.

Photo taken mid-November 2007. The fall colors had mostly passed at this elevation, a bit below 4000 feet.
