Regarding the weather, a saying from my old
seafaring days was:
"Red skies in the morning, sailor take warning!
Red skies at night, sailors DELIGHT!!"
And, we all know where sailors (in port)
like to go at sunset - the local tavern to
have a Cabernet Sauvignon with their dinner!

I have a better photo of Monte Rosa from Corno Mud, but this one with the clouds better represents the typical Summer sky of Valsesia!
