Wilson Peak Route Options [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Wilson Peak Route Options
Wilson Peak route options include the following:

The Silver Pick Basin access route (dark blue) is the shortest and most popular, and recently reopened after four years of legal battles concerning access and mining claims.

The Navajo Lake route (purple) is accessed via Kilpacker Basin trailhead, and is the longest of the options presented here.

The Bilk Basin route (orange) is also a long approach, from either the Bilk Basin or Lizard Head trailheads.

The Southwest Ridge route (red) is the standard route on Wilson Peak, rated Class 3. Expect much loose rock and exposed climbing conditions.

More information can be found here.

"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."   --Ernest Hemingway
