write up & photos!
Been wanting to get on those routes (Sunflower, Sundog etc.) - look mighty appealing esp. in dead of winter :)
thanks for posting Dow.

Thanks Radek, I was actually doing some reorganization....once I did Beulah's Book to Sunflower, I came to the realization one can combine any number of routes here, so tore Horndogger away from Sundog, thus the need to seperate these two as route pages....Horndogger, Johnny Vegas, Beulah's Book, Sundog, Sunflower, Solar Slab....on and on...can even start Solar Slab and traverse to Black Orpheus I guess....yeah, no question, the warmest spot in Red Rocks for a long route...cheers

""You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know.""   --Rene Daumal
