The white hoodoos on Canaan Mountain are spectacular! Of the many hikes that I have done this one is still one of my favorites.

Hasn't voted | My connection... My hiking partner and I have a hiking book that should be done this winter that the publishers have been bugging us to get done for a while. We also write an article each month for the Today in Dixie Magazine that often is about hiking in Zion. I own the Best Western located 12 miles from the east side of the park. I use to work there in the Zion Nature Center. My hiking partner has been on the Zion Search and Rescue team for about 12 years now. Other than that... nothing. I don't work there or anything like that. I do love it. I don't think there is a more fascinating place in the world.. but then I have spent years exploring every corner and Zion and have not other places.. so who knows.
