This is not snow!! Sierra Blanca towers almost 8,000 ft. over the White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. You will most likely pass by these gypsum sand dunes (and of course the place where the first atomic bomb was tested) if you fly into El Paso and drive to Sierra Blanca. March 2003.
