Mule Deer of Mt. Charleston, Nevada spotted in December 2007.

Mule Deer are active primarily in mornings, evenings and moonlit nights. I took this picture after sunset when it was getting dark already.

	Hasn't voted	They are called mule deer because of their large ears that resemble those of mules or burros. They can move them constantly and independently. Regards, Anya.

You even captured the little nubs that come up above the eyes. Do you have a spotting scope
on your camera. It's called digi-scoping!

	Hasn't voted	Thanks Larry. It was a nice moment. No scope, not even a powerful lense. I was lazy and only took a new little pocket Cannon (which already broke by the way!) that day and left my favorite camera at home.
