Have you heard the news report, where
a 52-year-old man was riding his gas-
powered snowmobile up to the summit rim
of Mt. St. Helens; then, he accidently
tumbled down into the volcano's crater?
What do you make of that? Maybe, some
policy changes needed???
Aaaah, a beautiful day! Think I'll go
out and get some fresh air. - Larry

I have not heard about it until now. Quite a story --- I was reading that he was part of a group of three snowmobiles. He got off the snowmobile at the crater rim and a cornice gave way. He fell 100-200 feet and landed on the steep slope and slid to the bottom of the crater. He was lucky that there was much snow which probably broke his fall a bit.

Yes. It was my understanding he landed in
deep snow. After the cornice gave way and
he started to fall, I wonder if he yelled:
YAAAaaaaaaaaa - Hoooooooooooooooo !!!
