Hot Fudge Thursday, 5.9 [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Hot Fudge Thursday, 5.9
1st Pitch- 165’- 5.8/ Follow the thin crack utilizing the dark varnish with tons of passive pro up and right as it curves on top of a small arch to a two bolt station. You kind of traverse from one crack to another as you traverse right above the arch about two meters.
Hot Fudge Thursday, 5.9, 7 Pitches, on the upper southern face of Windy Peak, Windy Canyon, Red Rocks, NV, December, 2007

""You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know.""   --Rene Daumal
