Mount Riley approach hike [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Mount Riley approach hike
This trail runs along a nearby draw on the approach hike to Mount Riley (elev. 5,905 ft.) in southwestern New Mexico. Much of the trail is well-defined, however, it fades out in some areas but is easy to pick up again. The trail runs south of Mount Riley, but you'll have to leave it at some point to start the ascent at Riley's SW base. Photo taken 12/28/07.
