Bridge Mountain seen from the northeast
There is an airy and exposed 4th class route up the east face of the mountain. The west face of Bridge Mountain was climbed in 1965 by George Lowe, Karl Dunn, Dick Bell, Robert Sears, and Peter Gibbs
Bridge Mountain was originally called Crawford Mountain after William Crawford and his family. They were settlers that lived in Zion. The name was later changed to Bridge Mountain after Mrs. Crawford saw a natural arch on the side of the mountain which early pioneers called a bridge. Today, it is known as Bridge Mountain Arch or Crawford Arch

expect to get hauled there when the snow melts (ha ha). CP soloed this route, which I can't imagine; the fresh mountain lion tracks were enough to give me pause.

Voted 10/10 | A carried about 70' 3/4" webbing across one iffy stretch, tying off to a sketchy stump before I started. CP on his previous trip used nothing.
