Snyder Point Vista [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Snyder Point Vista
Snyder Point is a fantastic place to view the northern Pine Creek Gorge without a crowd in any time of year. Here the view is pictured in the winter and is looking north up Pine Creek. Mt Tom is the farthest hill that is seen in the picture and on the left hand side of the picture starts a wall of rock the curves around the stream; it is called Barbour Rock.

Tom, that's a great view of the gorge. I gotta get there at some point...I can't believe I haven't been there! Mt. Tom rises dramatically too in this photo. Nice job.
