Triple Traverse from the Obelisk [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Triple Traverse from the Obelisk
This view is so awesome, with the tops of some of the best coulors in the Wasatch visible. The 2 major couloirs are (l-r) Lisa Falls and Tanners. Lisa Falls officially comes right off the top of Broad's Twins (left-most peak) into the huge gulley sytem on the left, and Tanners' huge bowl on the right. This ridgeline is known as the Triple Traverse as well.

Another Wasatch Couloir gem is Maybird, which is the large one to the left of Tanners.

This photo is basically a 180 of this one.
