Is this the summit registar? Shannon
looks a little chilly, due to the
elements. Did her hand shake ... I know
mine did when I signed the log book on
Rainier. Great SMILE and GREAT views!
Cheers to your achievement, and thanks
for the information & contributions.
Awesome.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with Paleo Peak.
Did you get any recognition from the
climbing community? If IT doesn't appear
on a map or climbing book, then it must be
considered a remarkable achievement.
(So many mountains ... so little time!!! :))
--- CONGRATULATIONS to you & your team!!!

Thanks - it is a fairly remote minor peak in northern BC. The first ascent was noted in 1962 by Culthbert. We did a different route that we believe was a first ascent from the northwest side. And I think we made note of it in the Canadian Alpine Club newsletter. It was an ACC trip from our chapter. It was a pretty sweet peak.

Be proud of yourself and the other two women. Are you ready do dance on the verticel ice of Colorado. May it open another world in your area of Canada. I did join the alpine club of Canada when I was there this winter. I am American but a lot of me says Oh Canada.
