Lukomir is on beautiful location. Is it permanently inhabited or is it typical shepherd’s summer settlement? I guess it should be permanently if it is called 'highest village'. Are they cut off in winter or road is cleaned, if there is road at all?

Yes, it's permanently inhabited - the highest permanently inhabited settlement in B&H. There is some (bad) road to the village, but "opened" when there is no snow (may - October ) ... I have some pictures from the village - if you like I'll send it to you ...
